Cornerstones Guest House occupies a restored Victorian villa on Washway Road in Sale, Greater Manchester, and offers 14 individually styled rooms across three categories: the Compact Double Room, the Deluxe Double Room and the Deluxe Triple Room. Every room includes free high-speed WiFi, fresh linens, daily housekeeping and access to free on-site parking — a saving of roughly £15–£30 a night compared with equivalent city-centre hotels, where parking alone can add significantly to the cost of a stay.

Locally, Sale itself has a good choice of places to eat within easy reach of the guest house, including Blanchflower, Rudy's Neapolitan Pizza, Mangiando Calabro and the food stalls at Altrincham Market House — all a short trip from Cornerstones and a nice change of pace from a city-centre chain hotel.
